The Industrial Intermediate Prover serves to recover the dough on a large scale. This enables the dough to rise to the proving stage prior to baking. It enables dough processing in a manual or automatic mode. This is managed through a digital display. User has an option for right or left mode for entry and exit. To prevent the dough from falling, sensors are placed at specific points. This allows the dough pieces to be placed into the output basket. The basket is easy to remove and clean and thus ensures proper hygiene with least effort.
